LIFE Leadership presents the

Launching a Leadership Revolution

Corporate Education System

Justification for Higher Education

We’re not training employees, we’re developing leaders!

Never before have you been able to give your employees world-class leadership training for AS LITTLE AS $50 A MONTH with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee!

“SAIT Services is an IT service company with hundreds of employees in 40 different states, some international depending on projects.  Most of our employees are technicians who are dispatched via our call center to our customers’ locations. Because we wanted to improve our call center experience for both customers and our technicians, we implemented Life Leadership’s Corporate LLR program for this department.  Most of the people in the department had not heard, read or studied any leadership material, so at first they were a little skeptical. However, the skepticism quickly vanished as they dug into the material and participated in bi-weekly “lunch and learn” sessions where we discussed what we were reading and how it applied to every part of their lives.  Over time, all participants, some more quickly than others, began to understand the difference between management and leadership, and what it meant to take responsibility for their lives and careers.  I cannot recommend this material more highly as it is the most cost effective training material, delivered in the way that is best absorbed and implemented, I have ever seen.  Over the span of my 25+ year career, I have spent millions on training, sending employees to 1 – 5 day seminars only to have them come back, and while the training material may have been good, the pressure of the job, the busyness of their lives, pressured them to put the material on the shelf and focus on their jobs, ending up a waste of both time and money.  On the other hand, I highly recommend Life Leadership’s Corporate LLR program for:

  • the quality and depth of the content—i.e. material by top ranked and globally recognized leadership experts,
  • the quantity and method of the material—i.e. one book and four cd’s (audios) per month is very palatable for our busy workforce,
  • the fact that employees are not away from the office for the training—i.e. they can listen to the audios in the background while at their desks or while driving to and from work and they can read for 15 minutes daily,
  • and finally,  the value of the program – i.e. the cost is significantly less and the material is significantly better,

It’s a no brainer.”

Fritz Schlabach, Chief Financial Officer, SAIT Services

“What has catapulted our company is a Leadership Development Program we started a few years ago. We set aside a half hour in the course of our twice-weekly meetings to discuss books on management, marketing, sales, & personal development. I ask employees to come prepared to discuss a chapter or two. The second meeting we review the LLR Audio of the week as a company. We’ve focused on the 8 F’s because those are all parts of a balanced life. You can’t be succeeding wildly in one area, while ignoring some or all the other areas. To me, a window is just a gadget. You can only teach people so much about vinyl and reinforced glass. If they are not succeeding, it typically isn’t lack of product knowledge that’s holding them back, its successful life management skills.”

“The Life personal development material helps our veterinary technician students develop leadership concepts to be success in their career.”

“I find the life series a perfect turn key solution to a “life long learning” life style.  The CD’s are capable of creating “ah ha” moments, telling a interesting story from history, motivating me just when I need motivating, and/or encouraging me just when I need encouraging.  I highly recommend it.”

Lou Toarmina, President, Toarmina’s Pizza Inc

“At this point in the history of our nation, the healthcare industry has become the most complex leadership challenge of any industry. In the midst of unending federal and state mandates, hospital leaders must be able to encourage and inspire caregivers to deliver the best quality of care possible to patients and families while radically changing the environment in which this care is delivered. As a hospital CEO, I have a duty to ensure that leaders have the tools to create this change and the competency to create a healthy environment for those delivering care. The LLR Corporate Education curriculum gives me the tools to ensure leaders are prepared to serve in this capacity and are inspired to lead through chaos.”

Michael A. Franklin, FACHE, Hospital President and CEO

“Having participated in numerous leadership/team building events costing anywhere from $1,500 to $15,000 per event and retaining only 10 percent of the information at best, I felt I had wasted my time and my company’s money. LIFE Leadership’s system of training over a six-month period, providing small units of information that are easily understood and absorbed at a very cost-effective price, is not only revolutionary but pure genius! Thank you, LIFE Leadership, for this great tool.”

Jerry Thomas, Area Sales Manager for Sedona Staffing

“I have gained a new perspective of leadership and grown in such a way that allows me to lead more confidently, more effectively, and with a more defined purpose in all that I do, in both my professional and personal life.”

“[LLR] is a good way to bring up real life examples of what leadership is and reminds me of values and attributes that leaders need to display.  It also reminds me of what perception is and do “talk the walk, and walk the talk” EVERY DAY.”

“The techniques I have learned with the Life Leadership Program enhanced my abilities, during hockey games, to make, under very much pressure, quick and constant decisions behind the players bench.”

Serge Bourgeois, Coach, Université de Moncton Aigles Bleus

“I have used the LIFE Series as a corporate program with 13 of my employees who serve as Human Service Professionals. I chose this series because the LIFE subscriptions focus on life skills and as Human Service Professionals they deal with and teach life skills on a daily basis.

Each month I receive an email from my employees telling me which book or CD they feel has helped them in 2 areas. Each share how they can they can apply what they learned in their personal life and in their professional life with their clients. We then hold a Round Table discussion each month where they share what they have learned. I have received feedback from several of them how much the sharing with each other in these Round Table discussions have broadened their abilities personally and as a professional. They learn as much from each other as they do from their own study of the materials.

Not everyone likes every book or CD. In fact sometimes there is disagreement with some of the content, but the principles always seem to bring about discussion on applications they can use.  I participate in each discussion to keep things focused on the positive and how they can add value to themselves and others from what they have learned and help them think on a larger scale of how these principles could be applied and add value to their/our communities and the world in general.

All in all this has been a very good investment in our employees and our company.”
